Role & Responsibilities
* Lead the design and development of high-end landscape projects from concept to completion
* Deliver innovative, high-quality, and sustainable design solutions
* Manage project teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
* Prepare reports, presentations, technical drawings, and specifications for planning applications and construction contracts
* Oversee project delivery, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
* Ensure compliance with CDM and Health & Safety legislation
* Attend client and site meetings, representing the company professionally
* Support new business opportunities, assisting with bids and tenders.
Required Skills & Experience
* Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 5 years' UK project experience in landscape architecture
* Strong portfolio of high-quality, design-led projects, preferably including luxury residential or resort schemes
* Excellent design skills with a strong conceptual approach
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office (SketchUp, NBS, Enscape, and Revit desirable)
* Confident communicator with experience presenting to clients and stakeholders
* Ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively
* Strong technical knowledge of UK planning policies, materials, and construction techniques.
