The Headteacher and Governors are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and forward-thinking professional to join our senior leadership team as the School’s Business Manager. This is a key leadership role in our exciting and innovative primary school and you will need to have a proven track record working as a school business manager and leading a number of school teams. Key Duties include: A strategic leadership role as a member of the School’s senior leadership team Responsibility for the School’s finances Oversee management of the premises Lead on Health and Safety Lead HR practice and policy In addition, you will lead a team of non-teaching support staff, acting as the Line Manager for the Office Manager, the School’s Site Services Manager and Senior Lunchtime Supervisor. You will work 37 hours per week, but start and finish times can be negotiated. The post is term-time only plus 5 Teacher Days and a further 3 weeks during school closure periods. This is likely to be at the start and end of the summer holidays, and one further week to be negotiated.
