Job Summary: GEDU is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, drive brand awareness, and support enrolment growth across our global markets. This role will oversee all marketing activities, from strategy and planning to execution and analysis, ensuring GEDU’s brand remains competitive and impactful in the higher education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, team management, and campaign optimization within the education or edtech industry. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement GEDU’s global marketing strategy, aligning with company goals and regional needs. Lead cross-functional marketing projects from conception through execution and performance analysis. Identify new growth opportunities in digital and traditional marketing channels to enhance brand visibility. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to drive lead generation and engagement. Optimize website traffic and conversion rates using data analytics and testing. Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including online advertising, events, and partnerships. Manage a robust content calendar that promotes GEDU programs and initiatives effectively. Brand Management & Positioning: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels and touchpoints. Conduct market research to understand target audiences, identify trends, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance on best practices, performance metrics, and professional development. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Admissions, and Academic departments, to drive cohesive and effective campaigns. Budgeting & Reporting: Manage and track the marketing budget, optimizing spend across channels for maximum ROI. Develop and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and marketing ROI to senior leadership. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between the marketing team and internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and messaging. Represent GEDU at key events, webinars, and industry conferences to promote the organization and connect with prospective students and partners. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot). Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive marketing decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
