The Role As a Graduate / Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the smooth running of the project. Your role will involve: Assisting with site supervision and subcontractor coordination. Monitoring construction progress and reporting on key milestones. Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed on site. Supporting quality control and maintaining high construction standards. Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking. Recording daily site activity and workforce levels. Helping to identify and mitigate project risks. About You We’re looking for someone with: A relevant degree/HNC in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A proactive and hands-on approach to learning.
