Role Overview: As a Pre-Construction Manager, you'll be at the forefront of project development, ensuring a smooth transition from conception to construction. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to deliver comprehensive pre-construction services, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the pre-construction phase of projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Conduct thorough feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses to inform project viability.
Oversee the development of tender packages, including scope of work, specifications, and pricing.
Collaborate with design teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to optimise project designs and value engineering.
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the pre-construction process.
Manage procurement activities, negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies throughout the pre-construction phase.

Proven experience in a pre-construction management role within a main contracting environment.
Demonstrated expertise in managing design & build projects, with a track record of successful delivery.
