In this role, you will manage data from internal and external partners, ensure its accuracy, and contribute towards continuous improvements in data collection processes to support informed decision-making and innovation. This critical role entails managing multiple performance dashboards utilised by key stakeholders, both internally and externally, including HS2, consultants, universities, and local authorities. As a valued member of our established team, you will actively contribute towards various projects including active travel, data management, spatial analysis and procurement, using tools such as Power BI, SQL and Arc GIS. This role requires someone with strong communication skills who is passionate about data and wants the opportunity to craft intuitive dashboards in Power BI, turning data into impactful stories and strategic insights that drive decision-making. What you will be doing. Undertake analysis and reporting on all aspects of transport performance data Contribute to a qualitative and quantitative view of operational performance and travel trends Assist in producing and using transport performance data that will inform strategy and policy development Supply management information and intelligence Contribute to the development and maintenance of a central intelligence hub and data library Lead the production and analysis of transport performance data, illustrating trends Respond to information requests Ensure the adequate storage, protection and retrieval of transport information and reports Analyse the impact of behavioural change experiments Whats essential Experience of collecting and validating intelligence, assessing the credibility of information and reliability of sources.
