What we are looking for:
* Trainers with an Assessing and Training Qualification at Level 3 or above (e.g., CiLD)
* Experience in teaching, coaching, assessing, and/or presenting to adults
* Passionate, adaptable, and engaging individuals
* Own a car with insurance covering business use (mileage paid) or have access to suitable public or private transport
* An enhanced DBS check is required for this role
About the Role:
* Deliver training courses and conduct assessments to a professional and consistent standard per organisational requirements
* Maintain your professional competence in subject areas
* Handle building security, venue opening/closing, and lone working
* Collaborate with staff, casual workers, and volunteers to uphold high standards
* Pilot new training initiatives as needed
* Complete and submit all course documentation accurately and promptly
