We are looking for a Deputy Operations Manager - Site to join our team. The role is full-time and permanent, working 36 hours per week, including one in three weekends and Bank Holidays that fall in your working week.

We are looking for an operations expert to be part of the Stonehenge management team with a focus on delivering great experiences to all of our visitors. A visible leader with strong people management and organisational skills, the Stonehenge Deputy Operations Manager - Site will lead a team of supervisors, stewards and contractors to deliver a world-class visitor experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage multiple priorities and inspire trust.
2. Take personal responsibility for a well-organised operation that delivers results swiftly.
3. Deliver exceptional standards of customer care and visitor experience.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience of managing, leading, and inspiring large teams.
2. Collaborative approach to working with multiple agencies and departments.
3. Knowledge of Health & Safety and Security policies in a comparable environment.
4. Flexible and dynamic approach with experience of managing a broad scope of workload with competing priorities.
