Job Title: HR & Recruitment Administrator Location: Dungannon Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 On behalf of our client Artemis Human Capital is seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment/HR Administrator to join a fast-paced HR team in an international FMCG based in Dungannon. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the business, supporting recruitment activities and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for all recruitment activities for candidates and managers. Update and maintain job boards and coordinate with external recruitment agencies as needed. Conduct telephone screenings, schedule interviews, and communicate offers or rejections to candidates. Assist with the coordination of onboarding processes, including induction schedules. Perform full administrative duties in the recruitment and selection process, adhering to best practices and NI legislation. Compile weekly and monthly recruitment KPI reports and assist with diversity metrics and statistics. What Youll Need: Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong organisational skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, capable of working with all levels of staff. Ability to manage and prioritise your workload independently. Desirable: 12 months of experience managing end-to-end recruitment within a manufacturing environment.
