Our client is the UK’s largest company in their sector, and they require a friendly, hardworking and focussed Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to cover Maternity leave.
This role will report into the Contracts Manager of the business.
Duties for this role include:
* Maintain and update quotation logs.
* Keep stump list up to date.
* Updates google drive for subcontractors.
* Assist with various contracts.
* Collect weekly price work sheets and update work completion records on Excel.
* Process monthly invoicing for contracts.
* Send on completed jobs to finance for invoicing.
* Answer phone calls and assist with general inquiries.
* Provide maps to gangs as required.
* Send weekly updates to clients regarding work progress.
* Assist contract managers by keeping Ezytreev up to date and following up on emails.
* Create/amend work orders.
* Collect callout paperwork and maintain records in relevant systems.
* Track and report monthly WIP figures.
* Maintain various spreadsheets to monitor work allocation and progress.
* Conduct TPO and conservation area checks and submit applications for private work.
* Generate and analyse reports from Ezytreev.
