Field & Lifecycle Services (FLS) purpose is to delight our customers with a global, world-class Field & Lifecycle Service for Enterprise and Workplace devices. Through our field engineers, services logistic centres and global partners we ensure our customers have fully functioning technology, whilst providing them with real time visibility of their IT assets.
As a Buyer Planner you will be managing a range of partners & internal service providers across the Group (UK, France & Germany) to plan, forecast, source, purchase & repair IT hardware used to deliver the FLS services & meet our customer SLAs (4hr, 8hr and next day).You will have responsibility of one of more customers stock profiles & collaborate with the CC teams in the supply chain to maintain stock availability and on time delivery of a quality item to the end user; emphasising the importance of high level of customer service required for this role.
