Provide a high-quality administration service to the Outpatients Department to include; Arranging internal and external meetings, managing agendas, minutes and papers Producing high quality reports, utilising a range of IT systems to produce information in different formats Managing booking diaries and e-mail systems Liaising effectively with people from a range of departments and organisations to ensure smooth running of the service and delivery of projects Collate, analyse and report a range of information to support delivery of projects Participate in service and quality development initiatives, such as audits, protocols and guidelines, reflecting the needs patients, the service and the wider modernisation agenda. Ensure that information is available to support the achievement of performance standards and targets.
