Role Overview The Analyst, Global Security assists the Senior Manager, Port Security and Fleet Intelligence in analysing, developing, implementing, and maintaining safety and security management products and programmes for Carnival Corporation & plc. This role involves daily reporting to the Security team based in Miami and covers all security aspects, from strategic monitoring of global situations to working with security intelligence providers. The Analyst will monitor information and situations, staying ahead of the Miami team to coordinate and consolidate security information. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in isolation, able to focus on deliverables, and effectively communicate when handing over to line management. Daily handovers and briefings will be routine. This role suits a proactive, self-sufficient individual with initiative, and exposure to the maritime industry, whether in cruise, shipping, or port security operations, would be advantageous. This pivotal role will involve: Assisting the Senior Manager, Port Security and Fleet Intelligence in developing and maintaining Global Security programs and supporting Carnival Corporation & plc. in crisis management scenarios Managing intelligence efforts across a range of company activities including Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), third-party provider information, analysis subscriptions and other sources to complete analysis and forecasting potential threats to business continuity This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis.
