We are seeking to appoint an Exams and Administrative Assistant to be part of our Office/Exams team, focusing on providing initial support staff and students, and assisting in maintaining the organisation of the Office/Exams departments.
· Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and accurately · Is self-motivated to complete required duties and has the ability to work effectively as part of a team · Has experience of using Microsoft Office Packages · Has willingness and ability to obtain and/or enhance qualifications and training for the post All staff are expected to know what to do if they have concerns about a child, take on the responsibility for providing a safe environment and promoting children's welfare, undertake regular safeguarding and child protection training and, familiarise themselves with KCSIE part 1 and local policies and procedures as directed by the trust/academy.
