Client Account Manager – Hybrid/Remote – for leading compliance consultancy serving the high-value art and property sectors. My client is a leading anti-money laundering consultancy, specialising in helping clients in the property, high-value art, and auction markets. They are a rapidly expanding, friendly, and sociable team looking for an excellent, experienced Client Account Manager to grow their client base and further develop relationships with existing accounts. This is a hybrid/mostly remote role where the applicant will be required to work in the Battersea office once a month. This is a people-facing role for a very personable, enthusiastic individual. You will be: Handling prospective client inquiries and acquiring new business Growing existing client relationships Serving as the primary point of contact for all clients Building strong lasting relationships Using your excellent communication skills daily Dealing with a mix of interesting clients – art galleries, estate agents, private art collectors etc Supporting the delivery of high-standard services to clients Driving growth and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings with existing clients Providing clients with guidance on AML compliance, risk management, etc. Providing leadership in project execution and problem-solving Person, skills and experience required: Around 3 – 5 years relevant experience Solid administration experience Proven experience in soft sales/client liaison. They want to see emotional intelligence and experience building lasting strong client relationships.
