Main Duties: As an Assistant Management Accountant, your main duties include: Working closely with the Finance Manager, Management Accounts team and Purchase Ledger team Ensure accurate month end preparation and reporting of the monthly Management Accountants Accruals & Prepayments Revenue accruals & deferrals Variance analysis with commentary Matching costs to revenue to ensure accurate reporting Investigation and commentary on variances to budget Balance sheet reconciliations Other ad-hoc duties Location / Office / Culture The role is flexible and offers hybrid working with only two days in the Birmingham Office and 3 days at home. The company operate from a modern office with a strong Finance Team of 60. The business is very flexible in its working patterns and due to the current ongoing growth offers great chances to gain valuable experience.
