About the Job: The HR Projects Implementor (2 Year FTC, with view to permanency) is an individual contributor position, working at the heart of the function. Working very closely with the VP, People, this hands-on role is a tactical / operational role, accountable for delivering a variety of different generalist projects and initiatives for the people function, from creating foundational HR processes and operations requirements, to HRIS/HRM implementation, to benefits selection and administration. This role would suit a HR Manager / Generalist who is looking to move away from employee-centric activity and focus on building and evolving every aspect of an HR function. It is a varied role, with exposure to both HR generalist and specialist areas. What will you do? Able to operate individually and as part of a group; Self-starter and extremely proactive. (prefer UKG Ready or Cascade). 3 years of experience drafting/creating and articulate change management communication to a variety of audiences. 3 years of experience managing mid/senior level stakeholders been able to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. 3 years of experience conducting research, analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex issues.
