Parts Advisor
Location: Northampton
Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 plus bonus (OTE £35,000+)

You will be following up leads coming into the business & sourcing parts for commercial/plant vehicles and then arranging shipment.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Communicate with customers and suppliers
2. Develop and follow up enquiries
3. Identify customers' parts requirements
4. Sourcing suppliers, web research
5. Learn product knowledge to prepare quotations effectively
6. Accept and process customer orders
7. Customer & supplier liaison
8. Customer and product support - dealing with customers' queries/issues
Minimum Requirements
1. Customer service experience
2. Aptitude and interest to learn about technical parts
3. Computer literate, knowledge of basic Word and Excel
4. Ability to work on own initiative within a strong team framework
5. Communicate effectively by Telephone and e-mail
