Job Purpose: You will be the face of KKI, as primary point of contact for HCPs and associated stakeholders. A field based omnichannel conductor, with in depth knowledge of the entire patient journey, focused on delivering a personalised, high value customer experience, enhancing the patient journey, improving outcomes and optimising the impact of KKI products to the benefit of patients aligned with our mission to make people smile Key Responsibilities: Building a holistic and detailed understanding of the patient journey and focusing on optimising all stages of the patient pathway Being the primary point of contact for most HCPs and stakeholders within geography Helping deliver high quality scientific exchange/programs aligned with KKI strategy Feeding back insights gained from Key External Experts and other stakeholders Carrying various types of compliant activities such as but not limited to planning & delivering medical education programs using approved resources, organising peer-to-peer events, leading clinical sessions in hospitals, attending local/international scientific meetings, etc Using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for accurate and timely reporting Ensuring all activities are carried out within the framework of pharmaceutical regulations, strategy, and the company's quality policy Position Requirements: ABPI exam (or achieved within 2 years of commencing role) Experience within field Medical or Commercial roles is preferred Stakeholder management experience as well as cross functional collaboration Knowledge of local, regional, and national health systems and care delivery processes is a plus Travelling in territory – expected on a weekly basis Driving - must hold valid driving license Demonstrate a growth mindset, a positive learning attitude and adaptability in a fluid environment Ability to communicate effectively Strong selling, influencing and negotiation skills Kyowa Kirin International is an equal opportunities employer.
