Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives for the dispensary.
Manage stock control, procurement, and formulary compliance within the dispensary.
.Collaborate with other departments to enhance integration and efficiency across pharmacy services.
Master’s degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent.
Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or management is desirable.
Significant post-registration experience in hospital or community pharmacy, including experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven track record in managing dispensary operations and delivering service improvements.
