Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Carry out planned annual and intermediate service/maintenance of fire alarm, emergency lighting, nurse call systems and any associated equipment.
2. Take part in the on-call rota, attending unscheduled callouts out of hours and ensuring customers have access to support.
3. Attend emergency and other non-routine service calls as required.
4. Carry out remedial works as required.
5. Deliver services in an efficient and cost-effective manner whilst maintaining the Company's quality standards.
6. Certify your work in accordance with the requirements of BS5839:1:2017 or other such relevant standards as may be in force.
Experience:
1. Previous experience maintaining life & property protection systems or similar electrical systems.
2. A good working knowledge of Fire Alarm and similar systems, holding appropriate qualifications in the industry.
3. Experience with Door Access Control, Nurse Call, Intruder Alarms & CCTV systems would also be advantageous but not a necessity.
4. Knowledge of Advanced, Protec, Morley, Gent and patient call systems would also be advantageous.
This is a full-time permanent position, with enhanced security screening to be undertaken.
