Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Clerical Officer - Armagh
Do you have administrative experience and looking for a role within the Public Sector? About the role:
* Hourly Rate: £11.59 per hour
* Location: Armagh
* Hours of Work: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
* Holidays: 35 days pro rata
* Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Duties include:
* Provide timely administrative and co-ordination support.
* Ensure data and reports are formatted correctly, to high standards of presentation using word, power point, excel and other IT software as required.
* Input data, maintain records and reporting systems.
* Telephone duties.
* Customer service.
Criteria:
* 4 GCSEs to include Maths and English
* 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role
* IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency - Beginner
* As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position
