Our client is a leading sales and distribution company based in Redditch, UK. Adecco Worcester are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to work on a part time basis over 3 full days a week.

Responsibilities
7. Review and manage aged debt to ensure overdue balances are minimised
8. Contacting / chasing customers via phone calls / email as appropriate
9. Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, initiating appropriate actions
10. Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes
11. Prepare and issue customer reminder letters / email
12. Weekly update on AR status - escalating to Financial Controller where required
13. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
14. Allocating customer receipts on ERP system (Intact IQ)
15. Carry out other finance related administrative duties as required from time to time
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
16. Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable
17. Working experience in Finance
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
19. Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
20. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
21. Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
22. Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
23. Experience working in a manufacturing industry
24. Knowledge of legal regulations related to credit control
25. Professional certification in credit management or accounting
