A fantastic opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator to be part of a great company based in Evesham is now live. Your role will be to support with the smooth running of the MRP system, building relationships with suppliers ensuring that all information is kept up to date.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum dependent on your experience.

Your role:
* You will be responsible for running an MRP
* Raise and create POs.
* Manage suppliers for quotes for new suppliers as well as and chasing orders. .
* Liaise with the sales team daily to support orders.
* Update our ERP, which is Microsoft AX with correct cost prices.
* Chase suppliers to ensure all items are received on time.
* Arrange for shipments to come in from the relevant logistic companies. • Support the Accounts department with any invoice queries received.
Skills and Attributes:
* Computer literate- mainly on Excel and Outlook.
* High attention to detail.
* Manufacturing / Engineering industry experience.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Good organisation and communication skills.
* Proven experience of using an ERP system.
* Ideally engineering / manufacturing experience.
