Location: University of Leeds
Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 40 Hours
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
The PPM Administrator shall:
Support the Contract Manager in scheduling PPM activities on the University of Leeds Contract
Schedule and Review PPM activities in advance and the allocation of such activities to In-House Engineers/Specialist Sub-Contractors. Monitoring target completion dates, ensuring compliance certificates are issued on completion in a timely manner. Escalate to the Contract Manager if target completion dates are at risk of slippage.
Work in close association with the University of Leeds Service Desk & Residential Services with regards to scheduling PPM activities, progress and completions
Assist the Contract manager in the preparation of Monthly Reports
Raising Requisitions and Purchase Orders for Specialist Sub-Contractors and materials
Liaise with Sub-Contractors to ascertain job progress
Operate and assist with Service Desk functions as and when required
Any other duties required to ensure an effective and efficient service is delivered to the Client and in accordance with GRAHAM ISO Management Systems and Quality Control Procedures
About You
Essential Criteria:
Demonstrate previous relevant experience/knowledge of scheduling work activities
GCSE Qualifications in Maths and English at grade C/4 and above (or equivalent)
Demonstrate proficiency in a range of IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
Desirable Criteria:
Previous experience in a busy office environment
Previous experience in facilities management industry
Demonstrate pervious experience in an Administration role
Knowledge of Computer Assist FM (CAFM) Systems
