We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced payroll and invoice administrator to join a team based in Grantham. This role is temporary for 6 months, starting from the end of July.
The working hours for this role is Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm or 9am-5pm. Once fully trained the successful candidate will be able to work 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
We are looking for a punctual candidate who has great attention to detail and is able to work to deadlines.
The duties will include:
1. Processing invoices
2. Dealing with supplier queries
3. Preparing for twice weekly payment runs
4. Payroll cover
5. Accurate data input
6. Dealing with staff queries
7. Supporting monthly payroll process
