Experience in education/school building projects and residential buildings is essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage contracts and oversee project administration. Handle projects up to £2 million in value. Oversee education/schools and residential building projects. Conduct retrofitting or coordination duties as required. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in building surveying with a focus on quality assurance. Ability to analyse and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with building regulations and industry standards related to quality assurance. Experience in identifying and resolving quality issues in existing buildings. Capability to produce rental and capital value reports based on building assessments. Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements.
