The Role
This is not a pure social media or entry-level marketing assistant role.
We're looking for a strategic digital marketer with strong writing and content skills—someone who knows how to create campaigns that deliver results. You’ll work on Lightflows’ own marketing and select client campaigns, helping us build visibility, engagement, and leads through quality content, SEO, email, and light-touch social (emphasis on video and TikTok).
You should be confident in developing ideas, writing long-form content, and planning + reporting on campaigns. You’ll be supported by a smart, friendly team that values autonomy, creative thinking, and doing things properly.
What you’ll be doing
* Creating content strategies and campaign plans across digital channels
* Writing web content, email copy, blog articles, and marketing collateral
* Supporting SEO activity: on-page optimisation, keyword research, tracking via GA4 and Search Console
* Running and reporting on marketing activity, using analytics to improve performance
* Creating and posting light-touch social content (especially short-form video)
* Managing marketing tasks for Lightflows and selected client accounts
* Collaborating with design and dev teams on digital product and content projects
What we’re looking for
* A genuine love of writing and content creation
* 2–3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing or content role
* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, content strategy, SEO, and campaign delivery
* Comfortable using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and marketing platforms
* A proactive, independent thinker who loves solving problems and making things better
* Some social media content experience (especially video/TikTok)
