Role purpose Responsible for organising the process of submitting bids and proposals for EV infrastructure projects and contracts. Ensure bids are comprehensive, timely, and aligned with client requirements. The position often involves collaboration with multiple departments, including sales, legal, finance and operations, to compile necessary information and ensure high-quality submissions. Key Responsibilities: Bid Management: Coordinate the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely submission of all documentation. Maintain and update a bid schedule, tracking deadlines and deliverables. Content Development: Compile input from subject matter experts, including operational, legal, and financial teams. Document Preparation: Format and assemble bid documents, including proposals and supporting materials. Ensure all documents adhere to company branding and professional standards. Collate necessary certifications, compliance documentation, and references. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all bid submissions comply with client requirements and regulatory standards. Implement quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
