Role: Senior IT Support Engineer
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire (Hybrid available)

We’re working with a well-respected and rapidly growing managed service provider based in Stroud who are on the hunt for a Tier 3 Support Engineer to join their experienced technical team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment, enjoys working on a wide variety of tech, and wants to make a tangible impact day to day. You’ll be the go-to expert for escalated issues and a key driver in ongoing IT projects and system improvements.
What you’ll be doing:
Acting as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues across client environments.
Delivering expert-level support and guidance around Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, networking, and virtualisation.
Supporting the design and rollout of infrastructure upgrades, migrations and improvements.
Providing mentoring to junior engineers and helping develop internal processes.
Working closely with customers to build strong relationships and deliver real solutions.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in a Tier 3 or senior IT support role – ideally with an MSP or multi-site background.
Strong across Windows Server, networking, Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualisation.
A true problem solver – analytical, methodical, and calm under pressure.
A people-person – confident working with both customers and colleagues.
Bonus points for scripting (PowerShell), cloud certifications or cybersecurity exposure.
