NHS Healthcare Manager – Dermatology & Prescription Only Medicines portfolio
£35k-£55k per annum + Performance Related Bonus + Car Allowance/Company Car
Candidates must live within or near the territory: Manchester
In this role you will have full autonomy of your territory, planning and organising your own success through interaction with key customers, including GPs, Pharmacists (IP, practice based and retail), Nurses and other Health Care professional Specialists.
Passionate, tenacious individual who has a real hunger to succeed, who possesses strong Commercial/Entrepreneurial acumen with an aim to increase business activity, has first class professional sales skills and commercial awareness.
Proven history of strong sales performance and sales management.
Key responsibilities will include:
Delivering and executing effective and efficient territory planning to deliver targeted territory sales performance within an agreed budget.
Accountable for driving national sales strategy and local account plans via list of target accounts within primary care/PCNs.
Achieve KPIs across your region for our dermatology and POMs portfolio.
Develop a pipeline of NEW business opportunities in the form of optimisations/new customer connections (Practice/PCN). These conversations where optimisations discussed to be with the support/in collaboration with the management team.
Preparing, analysing & reporting on calls to progress the relationships & develop skills.
Liaising with a variety of customers including PCN leads, GPs, Nurses & Pharmacists to produce immediate sales impact whilst building & maintaining strong relationships.
Planning, managing, arranging, & attending stand meetings, trade shows, events, & campaigns etc.
The ability with the support/in collaboration with the management team to develop relationships and manage dialogue at ICB level, with areas such as new product launches and updates/formulary inclusion, cost efficiencies and supporting with "place"/ICB rollout plans.
