Project Manager - Automation and Robotic Solutions
Location: East Midlands - commutable from Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby
Salary: to c£60k neg dep exp + generous benefits

As a result of continued success and an ongoing program of exciting strategic growth, they are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Automation Project Manager to complement their dynamic and professional team.
Working as part of the Senior Management team, the successful Project Manager candidate will thrive within a technology-focused design and solutions environment and will be responsible for working with a range of clients and applications in an array of industries including Parcel, Ecommerce, Manufacturing & Robotics.
Core responsibilities for this varied and challenging Project Manager role based out of Nottingham will include (but are not limited to):
1. Assisting with stakeholder management
2. Participating in project meetings and review meetings both internally and with clients
3. Creating project programme(s)
4. Planning bundles
5. PMO activities
6. Budget tracking and margin analysis
7. Invoice initiation and order book management
8. Support with resource management
9. High-level supplier management
10. Strategic planning
11. Sales project management
To be considered for this unique and genuinely exceptional Project Manager opportunity, it is envisaged that the successful candidate will have:
1. Proven experience gained specifically in the automated warehousing and distribution solutions sector
2. Comprehensive knowledge and experience of bespoke special purpose machinery, material handling, and robotic solutions
3. A mechanical engineering qualification at degree level (advantageous but not essential)
4. At least 5 years previous experience gained within a material handling systems senior solutions or programmes environment
5. Advanced abilities in the MS suite of applications
6. Proven experience of logistics and supply chain solutions
