Accountabilities Development and support of progress across the DEI agendas. Implementation and embedment of DEI strategy in partnership with DEI counsels, business and ERGs, working to influence and build accountability across the business to drive outcomes. Collaboration with other departments to ensure that DEI is embedded in all aspects of the business, across the colleague, customer & client and community lifecycles. Development of monitoring (measuring and tracking) and reporting on indicators of success, creating insight and analysis to make recommendations for improvement. You will Partner key stakeholders to influence their actions and mindset as it relates to DEI, leverage data-based insights to determine opportunities and interventions that drive progress against the global DEI strategy and ambitions. You will also leverage internal and external partnerships to support opportunity identification and solution design.
