We are looking for a Sales & Quotes Executive to join our team in Banbury. You will be supporting the main marketing plan programs by generating sales via the processing of orders received via incoming calls, ensuring active up and cross-selling at every opportunity. Providing written quotations for standard products, high volumes, and custom products. Generating revenue, loyalty, maintaining data, and protecting the integrity of our Customer Master Data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling inbound calls from customers wishing to place an order over the telephone ensuring the order is placed promptly and accurately, ensuring active up and cross-selling at every opportunity.
2. Generate sales opportunities by responding to customer quotation requests through telephone, Livechat, and our email management system, ensuring all requests are handled within the appropriate timescale and portraying a professional and courteous manner at all times.
3. Using key fact-finding questioning techniques and attentive listening skills to build a rapport that will result in understanding the customer’s needs and providing a solution to suit that need. This will often involve using in-house pricing tools to quote for a custom-made option or you will need to contact external suppliers to source customer requirements and negotiate competitive pricing before producing a competitive quotation for the customer whilst maintaining the business margin expectations.
4. Offer complementary or alternative products, promotional items, and/or material/quantity options to maximize sales revenue and quote to order conversion whilst protecting our product gross margin at all times.
5. Ensure all quotations submitted are progressed to conclusion within the agreed period and clear concise notes are completed. Record reasons for rejection of quotes accurately in the event of closing down an open quotation.
6. Achieve all department and individual targets including revenue, PGM, conversion, and accuracy.
7. Meet Data Quality and accuracy targets in relation to Order Entry and Account/Contact creation.
8. Maintain a strong knowledge of the Seton/Safety shop Websites and product ranges and attend all available product training.
9. Be a clear role model for other areas in reference to product knowledge, sales skills, and professional behaviour.
10. Maintain a close working relationship with all members of WPS UK & other Brady sites and demonstrate focus on achievement of KPI’s and identification of new customers/markets to drive our business forward and exceed our sales targets.

1. Minimum 1 year’s operational experience in a high pressured, dynamic Customer Sales/Service environment.
2. Proven sales experience and consistent achievement of targets.
3. Extensive Knowledge of Seton products would be an advantage.
4. Computer Literate – with a comprehensive knowledge in the use of MS Office Word, Excel & Power Point, Gmail, Email Management Systems, SAP knowledge desired although full training will be provided.
