Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Leaders are seeking a Property Manager to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Worcester. Experience is beneficial but not essential. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords, assisting with inquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring a smooth tenancy process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent telephone and written communication throughout the tenancy.
* Understand and address tenants' maintenance requirements, providing triage to resolve issues.
* If unable to resolve, communicate with the landlord with a solution and arrange works with contractors.
* Update all parties regularly via phone, email, or text, and log notes.
* Make regular wellbeing calls to landlords.
* Coordinate with the property management team to ensure works are completed and invoiced within 21 days, updating customers on progress.
* Ensure compliance and legislation are in place for all properties, following company processes.
* Work with Property Inventory Clerks to inspect properties and communicate with landlords and tenants per company policy.
* Call managed landlords and tenants 2 weeks prior to vacation to explain check-out procedures and timelines.
* Handle non-managed deposits under the No Deposit Scheme.
* Ensure check-out procedures are followed and communications are sent via the Depositary site.
* Collaborate with team leaders and the branch network to understand reasons for lost units.
* Maintain high communication levels with internal and external customers.
