Key Job Responsibilities
1. Drive User Engagement: Build awareness and enthusiasm for tools and new mechanisms among different user cohorts through tailored engagement strategies, training, and communications.
2. Product Marketing: Develop and execute marketing initiatives that highlight the value propositions of focused tools and product features, ensuring adoption is driven by clear benefits and ease of use.
3. Feedback Collection and Analysis: Actively solicit user feedback to understand pain points, improvement opportunities, and unmet needs, translating insights into actionable plans.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and tech teams to address critical barriers to adoption, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
5. Metric Tracking and Analysis: Define, monitor, and report on key metrics to evaluate adoption progress, user satisfaction, and the overall tooling impact on team effectiveness and business performance.
6. Foster a Vendor-Centric Culture: Advocate for processes and tools that put vendor relationships at the heart of teams' workflows.
Minimum Requirements
1. 3+ years of Business strategy or Non-Tech Program Management experience
2. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
3. Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
4. Speak, write, and read fluently in English
5. Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
6. Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience in leading large, cross functional projects
2. Experience leading process improvements
3. Experience using or managing Salesforce or other CRM tools
