Interview Format
If you're selected for an interview, you will need to attend an in-person assessment day at our Salford Quays Support Centre on:
* Friday 13th December
The interviews will be approximately 3 hours long and will include:
* A Group Task
* An Excel Exercise
* A Behavioural Interview

What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include:
* Drilling down on large data sets to identify what is going on! Preparation of financial reports, providing accurate financial data for analysis and commentary, working closely with finance colleagues and business divisions to support strategic decision making.
* Driving increased insight through analysis to identify trends, challenge assumptions and make recommendations to deliver business benefit.
* Ensuring a strong financial control environment is maintained.
* Troubleshooting solutions to business unit queries and proactively taking action to resolve any complex issues.
* Driving operational improvements, identifying efficiencies, and implementing them.
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include:
* Studying towards CIMA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
* Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
* Using data and analysis to solve problems.
* Confident, clear, and effective communicator.
