We’re hiring! Join a global Tier One supplier in the automotive industry as a Key Account Manager for Diesel Products in the UK & Eire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive and develop sales of Diesel products to meet budgeted targets.
* Support growth in revenues and market share across all distribution channels.
* Manage key commercial accounts, ensuring targets for revenue, profitability, and financial KPIs are met.
* Conduct proactive, regular face-to-face reviews with strategic accounts and identify growth opportunities.
* Prepare and submit bids for new requests, including fleet and national projects.
* Collaborate with distributors and support field sales activities, trade shows, and promotional events.
* Work closely with internal teams to implement the go-to-market strategy.
* Maintain distributor segmentation and price strategy.
* Build strong relationships at all levels within the business and ensure clear communication of promotions and strategic initiatives.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
What we’re looking for
* Sales/Business School Degree (Associate Degree)
* 7+ experience in Automotive Industry
* Strong knowledge of Aftermarket business: Customers, products, competition & distribution channels
* UKIAM Aftermarket knowledge
* Diesel Systems and Product knowledge
* Experience in dealing with Key UK Diesel Distributors, UK buying groups and customers
* Recognized qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair
