Teaching Personnel are working closely with fantastic schools who are seeking a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic learning environment where your skills and enthusiasm will be truly valued.

Your Role:
As an HLTA, you’ll be supporting both teachers and students across the school. Your responsibilities may include:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the teacher
* Leading small group interventions and 1:1 support sessions
* Assisting with the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Helping to assess pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff
* Being a positive role model and fostering a nurturing learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
