We’re hiring - what’s the job? This role is part of the Customer Success team, a vital cog in our wider team of experienced professionals and engineers, developing and using our product. We use the latest technologies to deliver a world-class end-user experience, connecting the dots for our customers between their business objectives and data, and creating shared value in every interaction. What’s expected day to day? Driving engagement within key customer accounts using our Hublsoft offering; with a focus on customer experience and value creation, accelerating time to value and maximising customer ROI Understanding our customers’ business and what they’re trying to achieve; being their insightful mentor on their hublsoft journey, from onboarding, through adoption, and on to a lifetime of success Analysing customer data to provide proactive actionable insight and recommendations Developing domain expertise in the technology service provider market; knowing your customer market means you become their trusted navigator Be hands-on with our technology to customize the experience for our customers Active renewal preparedness and protection through consistent value focus Optimising existing processes within the company and actively enhancing all Customer Success initiatives Fuelling the development roadmap, interfacing with internal technical teams to ensure customer feedback, bugs & feature requests are delivered to enable user value What are we looking for? 2 years’ experience in a Customer Success position Impactful consulting skills to get inside a customer’s business Experience presenting business value to key customers and stakeholders Data confidence to explore information and shape this into compelling stories Self-driven and proactive working style within a team environment Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships Accountability and personal organisation Ability to establish milestones and keep multiple customer accounts on track Strong communication skills, ability to explain your work to people who don't understand the technical detail Technical skills, the ability to develop in-depth knowledge of the Hublsoft application from a user perspective What will set you apart?
