In this role, you will work in partnership with key stakeholders, project managers, customers, contractors, and field teams to shape, create, maintain, and deliver successful operational plans and solutions, while ensuring alignment with overall Cyberhawk culture, goals, and strategy. By creating effective plans, you will help our customer to quickly identify defects in their critical energy infrastructure, contributing to mitigating the risk of wildfires, and thus helping to keep communities and ecosystems safe. This role will take responsibility for planning and co-ordinating day to day operations of a dedicated project or project region, support other planners from time to time, development of work-packs, and ensure the necessary equipment is available for project execution. A key part of this role is the ability to work to very tight deadlines and having an exceptional attention to detail. This role will require you to be able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and clearly communicate progress to key stakeholders. There is a requirement for weekend working in line with business/customer demands, currently operating every second Saturday. Key Accountabilities The Planning Coordinator role will be responsible for: Planning and co-ordination: Developing strategies and establish a course of action to accomplish project(s) objectives Developing weekly and daily project schedules, work plans, resources requirements and projections Conducting and communicating risk assessments and preparing and reviewing contingency plans for problems that might occur Overseeing and guiding others towards project goals Continuously prioritising daily operations to accommodate changes in overall project, resource availability and environmental factors Safety Promote safety culture through well thought out project plans Maintain general oversight of operations and planning with safety standards and environmental impact as the highest priorities Identify safety and wellbeing improvements and implement agreed changes to improve operating and safety procedures Contribute to safety improvement plans to mitigate project identified risks Leadership & People Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Reporting, Systems and processes: Analyse operations data to produce daily plan, identifying inaccuracies and reconciliations Deliver daily Operations reports to support timely activity reports and invoicing. Review field team reports to identify deviations from plan and implement work-arounds and solutions Ensure field data is accurate to support efficient and safe day-to-day operations Identify improvements to systems and processes to improve operational efficiency Able to communicate clearly with field teams to achieve continuous improvement of identified focus areas. Qualifications, Experience, Competencies Qualifications Admin/Project Management qualification or equivalent experience Knowledge & Skills Strong time management Exceptional attention to detail Excellent organisational skills Experience of working in a multi-site, multi-disciplined and/or remote workforce Able to communicate in a clear concise manner Intermediate Microsoft Excel/ Database skills Knowledge of drones/aviation industry/FAA regulations/utility networks (desirable) Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint Experience conducting complex field related Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) (desirable) Understanding or interest in GIS systems (desirable) Knowledge of drones and/or utility networks (desirable) Other Work additional hours including occasional weekend work to accommodate key project deliverables when required ADZN1_UKTJ
