We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Senior Learning & Development Specialist to support our Learning & Development function based in Bolton.

The Learning & Development Specialist is crucial in driving the success of our ever-expanding team by working on the definition and development of excellent, engaging content that is created from methodologies and theories to support management essentials, as well as maintaining competence levels of those working for SpaMedica, ensuring that value is added to the content delivered. This is underpinned by specific, recognised learning design methods, equipping all employees to develop within their role.
This is a key role for us, and the right individual will need to demonstrate consistency, a passion to bring out the best in people, and great execution from the outset.
Please note that flexibility to travel will be required.
Salary and benefits:
* £31,832 - £38,760 per annum (dependant on experience)
* 37.5 hrs per week, Mon - Fri

Who we are looking for:
* A proven, strong background in Learning & Development
* Ability to demonstrate a creative, adaptable and leadership approach to design and delivery
* The ability to demonstrate different methods of coaching and mentoring to drive performance
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people and achieve positive outcomes
* Ability to research, design, deliver and evaluate training
* Great working knowledge of the latest instructional learning theories and methodologies
* Ability to evolve and develop in line with the latest learning theories and methodologies
* Flexibility as travel to our sites will be required
