Requirements
Have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
Be able to relate well to young people
Have experience working with SEN students in either an academic or pastoral capacityResponsibilities:
Work across all departments of the college and be responsible for a range of exciting enrichment and cross-college events throughout the academic year
Offer pastoral support, advice, and guidance to students, monitor attendance and wellbeing, and liaise with parents and personal tutotrs to ensure students achieve the best outcome from their programme.
