Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator required to join a global engineering manufacturer based near Kent.
The Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator shall be office based in Kent, responsible to plan and schedule the Field Service Engineers work, provide service support, assist with stores inventory control, liaise with customers plus the engineering team. Full product training provided.
The successful Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator will ideally have experience in coordinating, scheduling, service support, booking goods in or similar customer service role within engineering. Full product training provided.

Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator Role
Coordinate the work, assignments, and scheduling of the Service Engineers and profitability of the Service Department.
Contacting customers over the phone to book work and plan for engineers.
Assist in generating quotes for compressor service repairs/maintenance agreements.
Regular use of the company ERP system for inputting orders, ordering parts and scheduling field service work.
Responsible for chasing spare parts orders, approving supplier invoices, booking goods in, assist with stores inventory control when required.
Manage on call rotas and coordinate annual leave for the Engineering team.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
Full training provided.
Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator Requirements
Experience working in in coordinating, scheduling, service support, booking goods in or similar customer service role within engineering.
The ability to maintain good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
Proven experience as a Service Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Service & Sales Coordinator, Technical Engineer, Sales Administrator, Inventory Controller or similar.
Experience using ERP systems. Use of tavant, Oracle, SAP or similar systems would be advantageous.
Good IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to work in the stores and inventory department with occasional use of a forklift. Forklift training is provided.
Commutable to Kent
