Beaverbrook is seeking a proactive Accommodation & HR Coordinator to manage employee accommodation, support recruitment efforts, and provide HR assistance. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a positive employee experience.
What you'll be doing:
* Overseeing employee accommodation, including room allocation, check-ins/outs, and handling queries.
* Assisting with recruitment tasks such as reviewing applications, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and advertising roles.
* Supporting employee relations by advising managers on performance, absence, and other people-related issues, while managing HR documentation.
* Supporting local career fairs and ensure timely processing of recruitment outcomes.
* Handling monthly payroll for accommodation and maintain excellent communication with residents
Who you are:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent; ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified.
* Confident in decision-making and dealing with confidential matters.
* Able to demonstrate empathy and understanding during difficult conversations.
* Build rapport and trust with line managers.
* Proven experience in a similar HR/Recruitment role.
Salary: Up to £30,000 per Annum plus Tronc
