We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to support and oversee contract management within our organisation. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role is critical in ensuring that all contracts are well-structured, legally compliant, and aligned with our business objectives. You will be responsible for administering contracts from negotiation to execution, maintaining compliance, and optimising commercial agreements. Your role will be key in ensuring that our contractual obligations align with operational capabilities and business goals. Requirements Key Responsibilities for the role include: Contract Administration & Compliance Administer the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and maintaining contracts. Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company policy requirements. Maintain up-to-date records of contractual terms, renewals, and obligations, ensuring adherence to agreed terms. Produce management reports on contractual performance, risks, and compliance on a weekly and monthly basis. Oversee contractual adherence to ISO and FSR standards, ensuring ongoing compliance and process improvements. Pricing & Negotiation Support with pricing negotiations with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders to secure competitive terms that align with business objectives. Support contract changes and amendments, ensuring terms remain commercially viable and legally sound. Prepare consultancy proposals and draft ad hoc terms and conditions for new agreements. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & Relationship Management Draft, review, and negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure they meet business and operational requirements. Continuously manage and update SLAs to reflect evolving business needs and industry best practices. Handle non-law enforcement agency (LEA) and cyber-related enquiries, ensuring responses align with contractual obligations. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
