Our client based in Leeds are searching for a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join their Customer Service and Supply Chain Division. Job Role As a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator, you must have a great telephone manner and customer service skills, with knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel, and Word. Requirements • Processing sales orders on the Company database • Answering customer enquiries via phone and/or email on lead times, technical queries, deliveries etc, and directing to the right colleague if needed • Assisting in handling complaints and any returns queries • Collaborate with the warehouse team and relay any relevant information to the sales department so they can update the customers • Working within Supply Chain to provide the best possible service to customers • To process incoming orders, purchase orders, inventory stock management • Provide support and assistance to customers, sales team and other departments Personal Profile • Use our in-house system to process customers’ orders for delivery or collection • Gain an understanding of the products we manufacture and dispatch • Schedule deliveries with our external haulage contractors Hours Monday to Thursday 8.30am–5pm and Friday 8.30am–3.30pm Other Info • Healthcare contributions towards dentists, opticians, chiropractic massages etc (after 3 months) • Discounts on selected shops (after 3 months) • Company events • Free on-site parking • On-site canteen facilities Ref Code: CV41700 To apply or for more information, please e-mail in strict confidence, with an updated CV, including salary details, quoting the above reference and for the attention of Jon Hemming-Nash or call (phone number removed).
