Location: Hybrid - Heathrow Airport (2 days on site) Contract Duration: 6 Months About the Role: You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the security posture of our client’s network infrastructure. This includes performing vulnerability assessments, automating AWS Service Catalogues, integrating ServiceNow, and developing advanced insights using Amazon QuickSight. Key Responsibilities: Apply advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills to solve complex networking issues across OSI layers 1-7. Monitor network performance, identify issues, and proactively prevent system failures using diverse monitoring tools. Troubleshoot incidents, follow standard operating procedures, and coordinate with vendors and IT teams to resolve issues. Implement and manage firewall security, VPNs, NAT policies, and software patch management. Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols, including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, VRF, MC-LAG, FHRP, DMVPN, and NAT policies. Implement and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions. Administer F5 LTM, including SSL certificate renewals, iRules creation, software upgrades, and patching. Conduct proactive network analysis and implement solutions to prevent potential crises. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, manage major/high-severity incidents, and ensure timely resolution of network issues. Key Skills & Experience: Expertise in Checkpoint Firewall, Network Security & VPN concepts. Strong knowledge of Cisco Wireless & SD WAN technologies. Experience with F5 LTM administration. Proficiency in DNS/DHCP, IPAM solutions. Certifications preferred: CCNP, CCSA, F5 Certification. Familiarity with Cisco ISE & Security tools. Experience with network monitoring tools (BIG IQ, SolarWinds, CA Spectrum, Thousand Eyes, NetBrain, and Checkpoint Firewall Monitoring Tools)
