We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately manage and maintain employee timesheets.
2. Prepare, review, and process invoices and billing statements.
3. Assist with client management, including maintaining up-to-date records and correspondence.
4. Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling, data entry, and filing.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to billing and documentation.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management are a plus.
2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and billing software.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: £26,000 – £31,000 yearly
