Overview: As a Welding/Fabrication Technician, you will be responsible for performing various welding and fabrication tasks to assemble and construct metal components according to specifications. Responsibilities:
1. Welding: Perform welding operations using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding to join metal components.

3. Material Preparation: Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, cutting, grinding, and shaping to ensure proper fit and alignment.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve fabrication issues and optimize processes.

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in welding/fabrication is preferred.
2. Experience: Previous experience in welding and fabrication, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
3. Skills: Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong knowledge of metal properties and fabrication processes. Familiarity with welding equipment and tools. Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Good spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination. Strong problem-solving skills.
4. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and manipulate heavy materials and equipment. Comfortable working in various positions and environments.
5. Safety Consciousness: Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
6. Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey technical information.
